Easton Andersen

Easton Andersen is the founder of Iron Rescue, a medical training company that delivers hands-on, realistic instruction in tactical and austere medicine. Drawing from real-world experience in emergency care and military service, Easton equips everyone from casual shooters to seasoned tacticians with the lifesaving skills they need to act when seconds count. His mission is simple: ensure you have the knowledge and skills to be an asset, not a liability, in emergency situations.
Easton’s passion for emergency medicine began in high school when he witnessed and assisted at the scene of a serious motorcycle accident. That experience set him on a lifelong path of service and preparedness, driven by the belief that anyone can make a life-or-death difference with the right training.
He works as an Emergency Room nurse, having entered the field in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. While completing nursing school, Easton co-founded the Mountain People Project, a nonprofit that provides wilderness medicine education in remote environments. His work has included training mountaineers in rural India and partnering with local search and rescue teams to deliver high-quality austere care instruction.
Committed to expanding his capabilities, Easton earned his Advanced EMT certification and joined the Utah Army National Guard, where he initially served as a 68G (Patient Administration) before reclassing to a 68W (Combat Medic). He currently serves in a rapid response medical unit, applying his skills in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
