Brady has over 10 years of Law enforcement experience in roles such as City Patrol Officer, SWAT Team, Drug Recognition Officer (DRE), and Security Forces. Brady has also worked hard to expand his education and currently holds a Master's Degree in Business as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration.

While serving on the SWAT Team, Brady had the opportunity to attend multiple high-level Tactical schools such as:

• Ogden City SWAT Hell Week
• Def-Tech Chemical Munitions instructor
• Noise Flash Diversion Device (NFDD) instructor
• Advanced SWAT, and Counter Terrorism III (Advanced CQB and CBRN Environments)
• Target Scouting, Planning, and Preparation
• Active Shooter Response
• Crisis Intervention

In addition to his Law Enforcement experience, Brady has served as a Department of Defense Contractor and worked in multiple other fields. Brady is a Utah FFL/SOT and owns Uinta Precision Tactical LLC, or UPT. He has spent the last 4 years in firearms retail. He has focused on training and teaching defensive firearms and tactics to everyday individuals looking to grow and learn. Brady is also the Founder of Battle Forged Foundation, which is a nonprofit, aimed at addressing the issues of Mental Health stemming from traumatic experiences within the fields of Law Enforcement, Military Veterans, and other emergency services.
